Returns & Exchanges
We work hard to keep every single customer happy with the products we sell, as well as the service you receive from us. We are not the biggest (or even the tenth biggest) Internet retailer, but being small allows us to know our customers and keep them happy. If in the event you are not fully satisfied with our products, please do not hesitate to go to our page and look at the bottom part of the page for Return or Exchange product. Click here and you will be transferred to our page where you can fill a short form, and you will usually on the same day if not the next day receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization). Print this form and insert in a box with complete product and its packaging, along with all parts and manuals and mail it back to us in a postage prepaid box, for a refund less 20% restocking fee. Kindly allow us up to 7 days to receive your package, so that we can refund or exchange, and credit your account in a timely manner. This is only valid for 15 days from the date we shipped out to you. For faster service, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with the RMA #, tracking number and the carrier’s name so that we can expedite the process.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. No refund will be issued if the product is damaged, defective by incorrect use, or a wrong item. After 15 days from the time we ship to you the sale is considered full and final. All Final, Clearance or Weekly Freeze Frame Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition
