Shipping & Delivery

We will ship all products to US and Canada following the guidelines below. For other international orders, please email us.

Red Peacock Inc. will ship all of our products via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We will ship all products priority unless you have a special expedited shipping request. If so, drop us an email, give us a call, or indicate as much in the shipping information info.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. To place an international order, email us your order at info@redpeacock.com, with your full name, shipping address, telephone number, and we will respond with an email invoice and full shipping information. Once your invoice is paid we will ship within 24 hours. Delivery times range from 4 days to 2 weeks depending on what type of shipping service is used and your country’s customs policies.

Tracking and Confirmation

We email you a tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped so you can track the delivery of your package. Do not be alarmed if your shipment does not show up in tracking until the day it is delivered. Many times the shipment does not show up in tracking until it reaches its city of destination. Priority Mail “tracking” is better called delivery confirmation because by the time the USPS system updates, it has already been delivered or is close to being delivered. If tracking is very important to you please request Express mail.

Red Peacock strives to ensure that all our customers receive their packages as expeditiously as possible. All products will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

All of us at Red Peacock know how important your package is, and we will do our best to get all orders placed before 3 p.m. out same day. Due to high volumes, orders can take 24 to 48 hours to ship, so your patience is greatly appreciated. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Box – “We suggest using UPS to ensure on time deliveries, as USPS tends to vary on delivery times.

If a package has been insured by the customer, we will gladly reship any order that did not arrive at its intended destination. For an additional shipping fee, we will reship orders that were not delivered successfully provided that the original package is returned to us unopened. Any incorrectly filled items must be returned to Red Peacock Logistics 7320 Reseda Blvd. #371480, Reseda, CA 91337 and we will reship the correct item to you once the package has been received. If the package is returned to us, and the order is found to be correctly filled according to the order invoice, we will reship the said package to you at your expense.

Red Peacock can only guarantee shipping from our facility. Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer be held responsible for its destination and arrival time. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you in ensuring your package arrives successfully.

Please track your package at www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com, depending on the shipping method you chose upon checkout. Please do this before calling our customer service department about shipping issues. Thank You!
